What Is A HD Lace Wig

I know many of you have you have seen the new craze over transparent lace and NOW HD film lace. Of course, the main question I receive is “What’s the Difference?”

Great question and I will answer it for you below…

What Is Transparent Lace?

This lace is made typically French or Swiss lace. Swiss lace is more commonly used for transparent lace extensions. Transparent lace is very thin lace and ventilated. Also, it is very thin, which will lay more undetectable on your skin to look like your real scalp. The best part is this lace makes for less obvious knots.

It is also good to know that this type of undetectable lace is excellent for every skin tone. No more wondering if you will need to bleach or color your lace frontal, closure or wigs!

What Is HD Film Lace (Television Lace)?

I wrote a blog last week about this here. However, I will go in more depth as to why film lace hair extensions are the next big thing in human hair accessories.

You ever see an actor or actress impersonate someone from the past? You know, when they completely nail the look of the person? Hair, nails and the way the act? Well, the hair part is achieved by using a very fine swiss lace that they hand tie pieces of hair too.

Film lace hair extensions are made of a very thin and even more ventilated swiss lace. They call it film lace because it is the finest in thickness and texture of lace that you can purchase. The lace is pores and can be dyed. However, there is not need as it is translucent in look and will easily melt into your skin for a perfect match.
